Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is very simple and we believe, very fair. This policy allows other students to take that spot in the class. If you need to cancel a class or personal training session for any reason, we understand, but require at least 4-hours notice. If you need to, you can cancel your booking with no charge or loss of class credit (with reasonable notice). To cancel, please open the GymMaster app and cancel your booking online. You can also call or message us and we will look after it for you. If you book a spot in the class but don’t attend, or cancel within Four hours of the class start time, a Late Cancel penalty of $10 to your account. So please, do let us know so someone else can use the pole

Payment Processing Fees

All Visa and Mastercard transactions incur a 2.75% Credit Card Fee for purchases made through GymMaster / EziDebit. We would therefore recommend setting up a Membership with Direct Debit, which allows you to book & pay for classes using your regular bank account. Please check the Membership options or Let us know and we can arrange this for you. We also have EFTPOS at the studio.

Dishonour fees are $14.95 and charged by Ezidebit - the payment processing facility. We do not charge or collect these fees - Ezidebit does - and as such, we are unable to refund any dishonour fees incurred due to insufficient funds at time of processing.

All purchases are non-refundable at the point of sale.

SUSPENSION POLICY / MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

• You can suspend your membership for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum period of 2 months per year.

• Suspended memberships will resume at the agreed date without further notification.

• Your membership can be terminated at any stage after the minimum three-month period by contacting the studio directly.

• There are no refunds on unused class credits.
