Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is very simple and we believe, very fair. This policy allows other students to take that spot in the class. If you need to cancel a class or personal training session for any reason, we understand, but require at least 4-hours notice. If you need to, you can cancel your booking with no charge or loss of class credit (with reasonable notice). To cancel, please open the GymMaster app and cancel your booking online. You can also call or message us and we will look after it for you. If you book a spot in the class but don’t attend, or cancel within Four hours of the class start time, a Late Cancel penalty of $10 to your account. So please, do let us know so someone else can use the pole.
