If you have never tried pole dancing before, we require that you start with Introduction to Pole which run on Monday’s 7:30pm-8:30pm, Friday’s 6:15pm-7:15pm, and Sunday’s 12:15pm-1:15pm.

If you have some experience with pole dancing, we welcome you to book into our other classes. We recommend you look at Our Classes to help you decide which class would best suit you. If you need help determining which level would suit you best, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can help advise you.

This pass is ideal for a student who has never taken a pole class before and wants to try it out, or for someone with any level of experience who wants to experience a pole class at our studio.

Pass is valid for 1 month after the date of purchase.

Suitable for those who want to try a variety of classes at Onyx or want to consistently visit our studio.

If you have never tried pole dancing before, we require that you start with Introduction to Pole which run on Monday’s 7:30pm-8:30pm, Friday’s 6:15pm-7:15pm, and Sunday’s 12:15pm-1:15pm. We recommend completing 5x Introduction to Pole classes before moving onto a higher level, unless you’ve spoken to an Onyx instructor.

If you have some experience with pole dancing, we welcome you to book into our other classes. We recommend you look at Our Classes to help you decide which classes would best suit you. If you need help determining which level would suit you best, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can help advise you.

This pack is ideal for a student who has never taken a pole class before and wants to try it out with some consistency, or for someone with any level of experience who wants to try out a variety of pole classes at our studio.

Pass is valid for 6 weeks after the date of purchase.

Attending your first class

Generally, for all Pole classes:

  • Please wear something that you feel comfortable in, that does not restrict movement. Pole, yoga or bike shorts are recommended.

  • Please do not wear jewelry during the class. Rings, bracelets and necklaces cause irreparable damage to the poles.

  • Do not apply oils or lotions to the skin prior to your class. They will make you slip off the pole and could cause injury.

  • Please bring a towel for personal use and a water bottle. We have a filtered water cooler to refill your bottle.

  • For Flexibility classes, we recommend you wear warm training clothes, as you will get the most out of the class if your body is kept warm throughout the class.

  • For Flow classes, we encourage you to bring your platform pole dance heels but it is not a necessity.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a class or self-training session for any reason, please do so with at least 4-hours notice. This policy allows other students to take that spot in the class and will ensure you don’t incur a fee or loss of class credit.

To cancel, please open the GymMaster app and cancel your booking online. You can also call or message us and we will look after it for you. If you book a spot in the class but don’t attend, or cancel within 4-hours of the class start time, a late cancel fee of $10 will be added to your account. So please, do let us know as soon as you can if you can’t make it so someone else can use the pole :)

Payment Processing Fees

All purchases are non-refundable at the point of sale. All Visa and Mastercard transactions incur a $1.15 or $2.20 Credit Card Fee for purchases made through GymMaster / EziDebit. We would therefore recommend setting up a Membership with Direct Debit, which allows you to book & pay for classes using your regular bank account.

Check out our stellar Memberships or email us at hello@onyxfitness.studio and we can arrange this for you. We also have EFTPOS at the studio. Onyx Fitness Studio does not retain credit card details.

Dishonour fees are $14.95 and charged by Ezidebit - the payment processing facility. We do not charge or collect these fees - Ezidebit does - and as such, we are unable to refund any dishonour fees incurred due to insufficient funds at time of processing.
