Paid monthly via automatic direct debit.

Advance booking is necessary for all sessions. Standard class cancellation and no-show policies apply (4-hour notice required before the start of the class).

No refunds will be issued for unused class credits.

Payment Processing Fees

All Visa and Mastercard transactions incur a 2.75% Credit Card Fee for purchases made through GymMaster / EziDebit. We would therefore recommend setting up a Membership with Direct Debit, which allows you to book & pay for classes using your regular bank account. Please check the Membership options or Let us know and we can arrange this for you.

Dishonour fees are $14.95 and charged by Ezidebit - the payment processing facility. We do not charge or collect these fees - Ezidebit does - and as such, we are unable to refund any dishonour fees incurred due to insufficient funds at time of processing.

All purchases are non-refundable at the point of sale.
