You don’t need to be flexible to start, you just need the courage to begin.
Whether you’re just beginning your flexibility journey or looking to deepen your existing range, these classes provide a safe and sustainable approach to improving mobility, enhancing lines, and moving with greater ease and confidence.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in a flexibility plateau, these classes are designed to help you move past it with confidence. Tailored for pole dancers and aerialists, our flexibility training focuses on building range, strength, and control to support more fluid, expressive movement both on and off the apparatus.
At ONYX we have a variety of different flexibility instructors, each with their own unique experience and approach to flexibility - ALL with YOUR well-being and safety in mind.
