Over five progressive weeks, you’ll learn the foundational skills of pole, including basic grips, spins, transitions, and beginner-friendly holds — all in a supportive, inclusive environment. We focus on safe technique, body awareness, and building strength and confidence at your own pace.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong grasp of the pole fundamentals and be fully prepared to join our Beginner Level Pole classes.

5-Week Introduction to Pole Course & Flexibility Package $270 $150

Ready to start your pole journey with a strong, well-rounded foundation? Our 5-Week Intro to Pole + Flexibility Package (valued at $270) is designed for total beginners who want to build strength, confidence, and mobility — all in one empowering program.

Over five weeks, you'll learn all the essential pole fundamentals including basic grips, spins, transitions, and beginner holds. No experience or upper body strength required — we’ll guide you through everything step by step in a safe, supportive environment.

But that’s not all — this package also includes weekly Flexibility classes to help you improve your range of motion, prevent injury, and progress faster in your pole practice. Flexibility training is the perfect complement to pole, helping you unlock beautiful lines, deeper movements, and greater control.

By the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll be fully prepared to transition into Beginner Level Pole classes — with the added bonus of improved flexibility and body awareness.
